I doubt if the guy with the patent was the owner of the house. The
patent holder is a guy about 70 years old.

He also claims that he thought of the "spoon straw" (like they use in
Slurpees and such) about 20 years ago but his brother talked him out of
going anywhere with it because it would never catch on!

A buddy of mine came back from a party at a very swank mansion a few
weeks ago and described a very slick toilet that had fish housed in
the tank. The house, as he described it had some very exotic features
in addition to that toilet. Wonder if the patent belongs to the
person who owns that house.
