Bleach. It works on most algaes that get stuck on plants, don't know aobut this one. I use 1-19 bleach to water for five minutes on most plants. the soft ones, less time and hope fo the best. My BGA and the schumtzy stuff finally stopped with the addition of "water wisteria" and screening the light coming thru the blue backing. Now I have the BBA in another tank, but it doesn't bother me, so I haven't gone after it. As mentioned before, try somethign that the eats lotsa nitrates, like water sprite or water wisteria.
