My few experiences with FLD have not been pleasant either. The last time I went there it was late in the afternoon, about 1 hour and 15 minutes before they closed. The old woman was moping the floor and as I was walking towards the door she rudely asked, "Do you know what you want?" Luckily I did know what I wanted which was to see if they were really selling Scarlet Badis' for $2 each. When I asked she didn't even know what they were but I found them, pointed them out and purchased half a dozen. I haven't been back since. I also am a loyal Ocean Aquarium customer. Justin, Ady, Josephine and Bo Bo (the dog) are the most friendly and helpful LFS staff by far! I tell everyone to go there. Ocean Aquarium with Justin and Ady is the best... they are extremely friendly and try to help out. I can go there and not feel like they will get angry at me if I don't purchase anything. They will talk to me about what new fishes they have and what they are expecting to come in. They seem to know what they are doing and knows the scientific names of just about everything they sell, plants and fishes. I recently bought a betta there for $8... I'm not too happy with the price at that place, but I'd always know that the fishes and plants are healthy. They would quarantine new fishes for a week before selling them. Henry
