Well I stopped by there today and peeped into one of their breeding rooms.
Saw a lot of rams and angels. As for the Discus, there actually WERE
multiple breeding tanks on display with baby fry feeding offa Momma Discus
with poppa standing guard. Unless a local breeder sold them a breeding
pair with baby fry as a bonus, I think they breed their own discus... at
least the ones in that tank.
Michael you mentioned the owners standing around quiet and giving off a
false impression of their discus source, have you actually asked them? If
you have indeed and they say one thing when you know for a fact its
another, then thats when I deem it unethical. I'm not bashing anyone, I
just learned to never assume things the hard way and wanted to pass on the
lesson. haha take care.

The problem is; their prices ARE too high. Especially if you know what

| | paid for the discus from the breeder. (which I do).
I think the bigger problem is they say nothing about where the discus came
from. They would have you believe they are theirs. Remaining quiet and
giving the appearance that something is what it isn't, is just as bad
stating the lie outloud. That...I find unethical.
To any and all...i say it is your choice where you shop...but at least be
informed.
