At a cursory glance of the Topica offerings, Our list does allow for attachments, but email filesize is limited to just under 60k. Also, those individuals who have their list settings on digest mode won't see the photos; of course, the photos will not be saved and stored within the web-archives. Topica is really geared for text-only in this regard. I think that if there was really strong collective demand for a photo list, it would need to be hosted elsewhere.
