Thanks much for the feedback Cliff. There are definitely lots of lighting options out there... and more light necessitates a little more attention to nutrient & C02 conditions. Higher-light tanks are a bit more work to maintain, at least initially. But the results can be fantastic. We'll do lighting at the March 7 meeting! I think people need help in figuring out whether they need strong lighting and dosing. I've cut light to 1 watt per gallon and a lot of cool plants still grow, and no more algae problems.
