Scott,

I am in the process of setting up a 180 gallon tank, which will consist of breaking down my 65 and 55 and combining them into the 180.  There are several plant species I will not be using in my new set up.  E. Quadracostas and Vallisneria, to name a two.  I have a plethora of this stuff in my 65 gallon tank.  However, I am waiting on lights, and time to do this project.  Once it happens though, you are more than welcome to all of it!  I'd like to get in done in January.
I live in SF though, which may be a problem for you, I don't know.
Regards,
Michael Laflamme

I am new to the planted tank scene, and I have been told to put as much
plant material into the tank as possible to try and outrun the algae. I
have a 90 gallon tank, 260 watts of light and no CO2 (yet. That's the
next project)). Is there anyone near Albany/Berkeley who is willing to
give away plantable plant scraps?

Thanks.
