I am new to the planted tank scene, and I have been told to put as much plant material into the tank as possible to try and outrun the algae. I have a 90 gallon tank, 260 watts of light and no CO2 (yet. That's the next project)). Is there anyone near Albany/Berkeley who is willing to give away plantable plant scraps?
