From the topica web site you can select unsubscribe from the "Delivery
Method" pull-down menu. Or, there is a "list preferences" menu, where
you can click on "unsubscribe". Or, you can send a blank message to
detritus-u-@topica.com. Leave the subject line and body
of the message blank.

The web site is confusing, for sure. Hopefully the subscribe process
with your new address will be easy.
