MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The next meeting of the Bay Area Killifish Association (BAKA) will be held this Saturday, Jan. 22 at Round Table Pizza in the Laurelwood Shopping Center, 1304 Hillsdale Blvd., San Mateo, just off Highway 92 east of I-280, west of Highway 101. Although the meeting starts at 8 PM, come a little early and socialize a little. The program this month will be Andreas Kleisch from Germany, speaking about his Cameroon collecting trip, KEK ‘98. The auction will be huge this month, and will include fish and eggs brought by the speaker from Germany, native fish collected this month in Florida, and whatever other killifish-related items you bring in.
